تعديل الموعد (الاستبدال) / Rescheduling

  • يمكن تعديل موعد الحجز مرة واحدة مجانًا قبل 48 ساعة على الأقل من الموعد، حسب توفر الاستوديو. / You may reschedule once free of charge at least 48 hours before your booking, subject to studio availability.

الإلغاء والاسترجاع / Cancellation and refunds

  • الإلغاء قبل 48 ساعة أو أكثر: استرداد كامل المبلغ. / Cancellation at least 48 hours before the booking: full refund.
  • الإلغاء بين 24 و48 ساعة: استرداد 50% من المبلغ. / Cancellation between 24 and 48 hours before the booking: 50% refund.
  • الإلغاء قبل أقل من 24 ساعة أو عدم الحضور: لا يُسترد المبلغ. / Cancellation less than 24 hours before the booking or a no-show: no refund.

آلية الاسترداد / Refund process

  • يُعاد المبلغ إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية خلال 7–14 يوم عمل. / Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

إلغاء من قبل الاستوديو / Cancellation by the studio

  • في حال اضطر الاستوديو لإلغاء الحجز، يُعاد المبلغ كاملًا أو يُحدَّد موعد بديل. / If the studio must cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund or an alternative date.
